Sew the upper center back body panels (piece F2) together along the center back seam.
Join the lower center back body panels (remember that the "middle" and "lower" body panels were cut as single pieces!) together along the center back seam.
Serge the raw (un-sewn) edges of the belt loop.
Sew or baste one of the serged (un-sewn) ends of the belt loop to the upper edge of the lower back assembly, centered over the center back seam and edges flush.
Sew or baste the other end of the belt loop to the lower edge of the upper back assembly, centered over the center back seam and angles flush.
The belt loop should now be connecting the upper and lower center back assemblies.
Sew the upper center back assembly to the lower center back assembly, "sandwiching" the edges of the belt loop between them. Reinforce the seam several times over the belt loop.
Press the seam allowances open.
From the right side, your center back assembly and belt loop should look something like this:
Press the belt loop down evenly over the seam line.
Sew the side back body panel (piece E) to the center back assembly.
Clip center back seam allowance and notch side back seam allowance at the seam line's pivot point.
Press seam allowances open.
Repeat for other side.
Your center back assembly should now look like this:
